Ukrainian Mahjong Federation announces registration for the first in Ukraine EMA riichi-Mahjong tournament .

Tournament Name: Crimea Riichi open in 2013
Location: Ukraine, Simferopol, Sevastopol’skaya str. 35, cafe “Mokko”.
Date: 23 – 24 November 2013.
Rules: EMA RCR
Number of hanchans – 7 (90 minutes each).
Fee: 80 UAH (about 8 EURO)
